Ok, this time I haven't bothered to put the cake on a nice clean white plate after I decorated it. I thought it looked kind of artistic with the mess of icing around the edge...well that's my excuse. Right, so this time I made a chocolate cake with a thick layer of chocolate butter icing in the middle, then strawberry and melted chocolate icing for the topping.
Wish I could be a cake designer for a living, it's fun experimenting!
