French milk expires faster (and they sell the expiring stuff cheaper), I'm guessing the pasteurizing regulations in France are not as strict as in the Commonwealth.
Thanks for commenting PJ, I'm glad you can give me an answer it's really been bugging me cuz my parents can't smell it, they say it smells normal! I have never noticed fresh milk in the supermarkets there is only the stuff I put in the photo. I hope it's still hygenic :s eeeeww

Come on, French milk is all right! That said, I do prefer British and Québec milk.
No really, it smells horrible! Have you sniffed it? It doesn't smell like milk.
